Preparation / review of logistics documentation
a.l.i. collaborates with the Spanish Navy in the labor of review, adaptation and implementation of maintenance plans for most of the Spanish Navy ships based on the maintenance system developed by the U.S. Navy.
We can support in occasional tasks according to exceptional needs or deploy permanent support teams who develop all kinds of technical works related to maintaining and improving operational readiness of the units.
Our support method allows significant improvements achieved in the degree of availability of the units, increased reliability, a high degree of utilization of the logistics chain and a significant improvement in management.
Technical Assistance to Shore Intermediate Maintenance Activity (SIMA’s)
During recent years, the company collaborates with the Spanish Navy, providing support to its Technical Sections with specialized equipment adapted to the needs of each Arsenal / ISEMER
Technological advances in the units and the mandatory rotation of personnel in shore facilities and on board ships make it advisable to have external support to guarantee effectiveness in maintenance.
The a.l.i. technicians They are integrated into the Industrial Headquarters / ISEMER, contributing all the company’s experience and collaborating in the activities that are required for the optimal use of resources.
All projects are coordinated and directed through a panel of experts who, based in Madrid, periodically visit all clients, conveying the synergies that occur between them.
Life Cycle Support
Both during construction and in operation, maintenance documentation must be current.

- Update appropriate maintenance strategies based on the maintenance of doctrines implemented for all ships of the Spanish Navy
- Analysis / implementing major equipment manufacturers recommendations
- Study of modification works. Designing optimal proposals.
- Study / vibration analysis / thermography / fluids (lubricants, coolants… ), etc.
- Development / implementation of maintenance for new equipment / systems
- Updating provisioning data (NATO cataloging, obsolescences ….)
- Adaptation of each plan to the capabilities of each organization with their human and material resources
